References: Tripartite Communiques

Tripartite Communiqués were published in English by the Ministry of Transport (Malaysia) and the Joint Agency Coordination Centre (Australia). Only one (17 January 2017) seems to be translated into Mandarin, as published by the JACC. The source of other Mandarin versions is not known.

Versions published in Malaysia and Australia have the same content but different headers. Malaysian versions, for example, include the location of the Tripartite meeting.
